• Visa Inc., Mastercard Incorporated, American Express or Discover;
• any bank, credit union or financial institution that issues prepaid access products;
• any retailer that sells gift cards, including any grocery, drug or convenience chain referred to on the Site.

We receive no payment, data, direction or editorial input from any of the above. Nothing on this Site should be read as a statement made by, on behalf of, or with the approval of any of them.

2. Trademarks

“Gift Card Mall”, “GiftCardMall”, “MyGift”, “Blackhawk Network”, “Visa”, “Mastercard” and all other product names, brands, logos and trademarks referenced on this Site are the property of their respective owners.

They are used here solely for nominative and descriptive purposes — that is, to identify the products and services this Site provides information about, because there is no practical way to write about them without naming them. Such use does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or approval by the trademark owners, and no claim of ownership is made.

3. This is not a cardholder service

We do not and cannot:

• sell, issue, distribute, load, fund or activate gift cards;
• access, view, look up, verify or restore any card balance;
• process, authorise, reverse, refund or dispute any transaction;
• replace a lost, stolen, damaged or expired card;
• act as agent for any cardholder, issuer, retailer or payment network;
• provide customer support for any card product.

4. We never request card data

There is no facility anywhere on this Site for submitting a card number, PIN, security code, expiration date, password, bank credential, Social Security number or payment. We will never ask for any of these by email, text message, telephone or any other channel.

If any website, message or caller claiming to be thegiftcardmall.com asks you for card details or money, it is fraudulent. Do not respond. Report it at reportfraud.ftc.gov and let us know at legal@thegiftcardmall.com.

5. Information only — not professional advice

All content on this Site is general information for a United States audience. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
